On January 23,2023 a group of deputies submitted a bill to the State Duma “On deoffshorization”, which provides for the re-registration of a number of assets registered in offshore zones, in Russia.
The Federal Tax Service has approved a new list of countries with which financial information is automatically exchanged. The relevant Order will enter into force on 16 December.
