We advised on corporate and financial law projects under Delaware, New York, and California law.
The Firm’s Legal Counsel Dan Tan is based in San Francisco and also has an office in New York. He teaches international commercial arbitration at Harvard Law School and investment arbitration at Stanford Law School.
