We actively represent clients in the cantons of Zurich, Geneva, Zug, Uri, Vaud, Lausanne and Basel. We advise on taxation, registration of companies and foundations, opening bank accounts.
We have also represented clients in court proceedings arising from commercial contracts, share sale and purchase agreements, bankruptcy and insolvency cases in Zurich, Geneva, Zug, Uri cantons, as well as in international arbitration under the Swiss rules.
In 2013, we entered into partnership agreement with a leading Swiss law firm.
