advising on the issue of repatriation on foreign exchange earnings - security payment for equipment rental;
advising on the applicability of requirements for repatriation of foreign exchange earnings under a loan agreement of a foreign company when offsetting claims;
advising on the applicability of foreign exchange earnings repatriation requirements to a convertible loan from a foreign currency resident of a Cypriot company;
successful representation of the interests of society in the Moscow Arbitrazh Court of the resolution of the tax authority on bringing the client to administrative responsibility for violation of the terms for submitting currency control documents to the authorized bank for amending the transaction passports. The Arbitrazh Court ruled illegal and canceled in full the decisions of the tax authority on bringing the company to administrative responsibility.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBR) has decided that until the end of 2023 the total cost of credit (TCC) will not be limited for all categories of consumer credits, as well as certain types of loans.

Starting from October 1, 2023, credit organizations in Russia must use only domestic services and financial infrastructure when transferring funds within the country, and information about such transfers must be transmitted through the financial messaging systems of the Bank of Russia or other Russian systems.
