The Russian Arbitration Center has existed not so long ago - since 2016, but has managed to prove itself on the positive side. It is one of the few organizations that have the right to administer arbitration in Russia. The arbitration rules correspond to modern global trends, provide for the possibility of applying an accelerated arbitration procedure without holding oral hearings (subject to the inclusion in the arbitration clause of a direct agreement to refuse oral hearings).
Cost: the amount of the registration fee depends on the category of the dispute (from 20 to 40 thousand rubles), for the purposes of international arbitration - 500 US $. The arbitration fee includes administrative and fees and is calculated based on the value of the claim. The arbitration agreement can also provide for the use of hourly rates.
Number of arbitrators: Dispute resolution is possible by a sole arbitrator or by a panel of three arbitrators.
Consideration period: depends on the category of the dispute and ranges from 70 to 180 days from the date of formation of the arbitral tribunal.
