Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners carries out representation in the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
International Chamber of Commerce is an independent, non-profit international organization that resolves commercial disputes; brings together chambers of commerce and companies. The court is the only body empowered to administer the arbitration under the Rules.
Number of arbitrators: 1 or 3 (Art.12)
Procedure for Appointing Arbitrators: If the Parties have not agreed on the number of arbitrators, the Court shall single-handedly appoint one or (depending on the nature of the dispute) three arbitrators. The parties nominate candidates; otherwise, the Court does so. The parties shall appoint the sole arbitrator by mutual agreement, otherwise the appointment is made independently by the Court. If the Parties have agreed on the appointment of three arbitrators, then each party in the Application and in the Review shall nominate one candidate, and the President of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be appointed by the Court, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the Parties (Article 12).
Time for consideration of the case: 6 months (Article 30)

Specifics: the time period for making a final decision by the arbitral tribunal begins to run from the date of the last signature by the arbitral tribunal or the parties on the Statement of Credentials, or from the date the Secretariat of the Arbitral Tribunal is notified of the approval of the Terms of Reference by the Court. In the meantime, there is no need to know about it. ”
