The partner of the firm, Bulat Tugutov, participated in the Inter-University Scientific-Practical Conference “Current Problems of Prosecutorial Activities” at the Russian Federation’s University of the Prosecutor’s Office.
The conference saw the attendance of senior officials from the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, regional prosecutors, and a significant number of practitioners and scholars from throughout the country.
Bulat served as a moderator for the criminal law section of the conference. Additionally, he shared his expertise in a presentation on the methodology for the prosecutorial authorities to detect violations in the field of operational-search activities.
