On November 15, the managing partner of the firm, Alexander Nadmitov, participated in the scientific-practical conference “Current Issues of Legal Regulation in the Energy Sector Under Sectoral Sanctions,” which was held at the Law Institute of RUDN University.
Following the conference, a collection was published containing the article by Alexander Nadmitov titled “Unilateral Restrictive Measures of Foreign States Against the Russian Federation as a Force Majeure Circumstance” (pp. 111-117).
The article examines issues related to the possibility of recognizing unilateral restrictive measures imposed by foreign states against the Russian Federation as a force majeure circumstance and the application of the provisions of paragraph 3, article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
