On November 26, 2015, Alexander Nadmitov, Managing Partner of Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm, and Maxim Bashkatov, Advisor to the Firm, took part in the round table "Strategy for the Development of the Banking System at the Present Stage" within the framework of the III Moscow Legal Forum " National Development Strategy and Tasks of Russian Legal Science ”. The meeting was organized by the Department of Banking Law and Financial and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty of Law. M.M. Speransky of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA).
Maxim Bashkatov made a presentation on the current topic “Legal structure of individual clearing collateral”. Alexander Nadmitov made a presentation on "The Institute of the Central Counterparty in the Russian Federation: pros and cons".
Also, the round table was attended by professors of the Department of Banking Law and Financial and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty of Law. M.M. Speransky RANEPA, employees of the Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, practicing lawyers.
