On April 14, 2017, Maxim Bashkatov, an advisor to the law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners, made a speech at the Kuban Legal Forum on the topic "Reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in terms of financial transactions."
The forum, aimed at discussing topical issues affecting the interests of the legal community and business, as well as socially significant problems, was held in Krasnodar for the first time. The speakers were renowned experts in the field of corporate, financial and civil law.
The forum also discussed the modernization of corporate legislation, novelties of the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on transactions, civil aspects of taxation and other issues.
