On April 6, 2023, the Baikal office of the Law Firm "Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners" held a business forum on the topic "Protection of the interests of economic entities in enforcement proceedings" for representatives of the business community and practicing lawyers of the Irkutsk region, which took place at the site of the BaikalBusinessCenter in the city of Irkutsk .
The event was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Irkutsk Region, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Irkutsk Region, the Chamber of Lawyers of the Irkutsk Region, municipalities, budgetary organizations, medium and large enterprises of the Irkutsk Region, among which we can single out Development Center LLC Baikal Region" (BAIKAL.CENTER) - a subsidiary of the state development corporation "VEB.RF", LLC "Lessib", LLC "ExportLes", LLC "Utah-Business", Financial and Construction Company "Rodnye Bereg", LLC "Ecoalliance" , Alternativa LLC, a large number of practicing lawyers, as well as the teaching staff of the East Siberian branch of the Russian State University of Justice and Baikal State University.
Within the framework of the event, there was a discussion of theoretical and applied problems related to the strategy of legal protection of the interests of business entities at various stages of enforcement of judicial acts, problematic issues of foreclosure on certain categories of property of debtors, execution of non-property enforcement documents in relation to debtors-entrepreneurs, appealing against actions and inaction of bailiffs-performers, bringing to administrative and criminal liability of debtors in enforcement proceedings.
The participants of the event expressed their intention to further cooperate with the Company in the framework of its activities in the Baikal region.
