The applicant in the case was the bankruptcy trustee represented by the State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" (DIA). The foreign bank ceded the rights to the interbank deposit to its clients, who were the owners of the funds on the fiduciary deposit; subsequently, the DIA tried to challenge these transactions. The consideration of the case lasted over a year.
