Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners won a victory in a court of general jurisdiction in one of the districts of Moscow in the case of recovering monetary compensation for unused vacation. Based on the results of the consideration of the case, the court of general jurisdiction ruled to dismiss the claims, referring to the expiration of the statute of limitations provided for by Convention No. 132 of the International Labor Organization "On Leave with Pay (as revised in 1970)". Convention No. 132 entered into force for the Russian Federation on September 6, 2011 and provides for reduced limitation periods for such claims in comparison with the general limitation periods established by civil law.
