Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of the plaintiff - the former owner of a 100% share in the authorized capital of a mining company in the Fourth Arbitration Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the first instance court to terminate the contract for the sale and purchase of a share in the authorized capital of the company due to non-payment and recognizing the client's right to a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of the company. The Court of Appeal returned the appeal of the person who was not involved in the case, on the basis that the submitter of the appeal registered the right to a share after the court made a decision on the case, and also in connection with the missed deadline for appealing the judicial act.
Thus, the Fourth Arbitration Court of Appeal and the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Buryatia recognized the claims of our Client as reasonable and satisfied the claim in full.
