The law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of a large energy company - the defendant in a lawsuit in the Arbitrazh Court of the Lipetsk Region in a claim for adjusting acts and re-invoicing for services rendered in the transmission of electrical energy in the amount of about 10 million rubles. The Arbitrazh Court of the Lipetsk Region granted our client's request and terminated the proceedings.
