The plaintiff applied to the ICAC at the RF CCI with a statement of claim for the collection of interest for the use of other people's funds. The arbitral tribunal ruled to recover the amount of interest due to our client in favor of our client, and also awarded reimbursement of expenses and costs of the arbitration.
