Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of an energy company as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by an oil refinery in the Thirteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal in the case of the recovery of damages in the amount of 264 million rubles related to the shutdown of the plaintiff's technological equipment in connection with the accident that has occurred. The Court of Appeal accepted our lawyer’s arguments that the main reason for the shutdown of the technological process (part of the equipment) and, as a result, the formation of losses, was the exclusively incorrect operation of the power grid equipment of the oil refinery and its illegal actions/inactions. Based on the results of consideration of the appeal of the oil refinery, the decision of the court of first instance was upheld.
