On October 16, 2015, Alexander Nadmitov, Managing Partner of Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm, took part in the II All-Russian Educational Forum Young Lawyers of Russia, organized by the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics and the social movement Young Lawyers of Russia ”. The forum was attended by over 250 young professionals in the field of law and the best students of the last courses of law faculties and universities.
Alexander made a presentation “The Institute of the Central Counterparty: Pros and Cons” within the panel “Problems of Legal Regulation of Financial Markets.” The panel touched upon topical issues of financial regulation, moderated by the firm's advisor Maxim Bashkatov.
