Alexander Nadmitov, Managing Partner of Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm, took part in the VIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, which took place from 15 to 19 May 2018.
The forum program included many discussion sessions devoted to various practical aspects of legal practice. The lawyers paid particular attention to the reform of competition law, digital rights and the legal profession. In addition to discussion sessions, various scientific and social events and competitions were also held. The topic of the plenary session was the future of the legal profession. Also, within the framework of the SPBILF, the International Bankruptcy Forum was held, as well as a round table on the topic: "Transformation of antimonopoly legislation and law enforcement practice in the era of the digital economy", held under the auspices of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts.
