Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of an energy company - the plaintiff in the claim for collection of debt for consumed heat energy in the amount of about 3 million rubles. The Moscow Arbitrazh Court and the Ninth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal acknowledged that the plaintiff had proved the difference in economically justified costs of heat energy, which formed the basis for the heat tariff set for the plaintiff. Thus, the Arbitrazh Courts of the first instance and the appellate instance satisfied the plaintiff's claims in full, collecting the debt in the amount of about 3 million rubles.
