Stanislav Kovynev has joined Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners as an advisor and head of the leasing legal support practice.
Stanislav has over twenty years of experience in the field of leasing law, which includes: participation in the development of leasing legislation; legal support of the leasing business with a total contract portfolio exceeding one billion dollars; independent conduct of arbitration processes in civil and tax disputes (more than 50 cases with an eight-figure average claim amount); consulting on the current activities of leasing companies and lessees; regular participation as a speaker at seminars conducted by the “United Leasing Association”.
Education:
In 1994, Stanislav graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute, Faculty of Economic Law.
Main competencies:

Preparation and coordination with counterparties of financial lease (leasing) agreements and related contracts. Support of the transaction at all stages of its implementation;

Negotiation of mutually acceptable terms for the termination of leasing agreements. Minimization of costs associated with such early termination. Pre-trial dispute resolution;
