Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners law firm successfully represented the interests of the Russian power energy company as a defendant in the lawsuit on the claim of the grid company in the case of recovery of 44 million rubles of losses related to the unilateral refusal of the defendant from the contract on the implementation of technological connection to the electric networks of electric grid facilities. Based on the results of the consideration of the appeal, the court of appeal upheld the decision to refuse to satisfy the stated requirements, accepting our arguments that if the contract is rejected, the losses of the network organization cannot exceed the amount of the fee for technological connection and the impossibility for the network organization to substitute the actual costs for the price regulated by the state.
