Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of the electric power company - the plaintiff - in the litigation in the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, in the case of recovering unpaid insurance compensation from the insurer in the amount of 18 million rubles.
At the facilities of the company, there were 2 insured events at the compressor stations, as a result of which expenses for refurbishment were incurred in the amount of more than 27 million rubles. The insurance company paid out the insurance indemnity in part, which was the basis for filing a claim for the recovery of the unpaid insurance indemnity in the amount of 18 million rubles. In the course of preparing documents for the court, we prepared an examination of the cost of refurbishment, which confirmed the claims, formed the case materials, the volume of which amounted to more than 15 volumes. As a result of lengthy negotiations, it was possible to resolve the dispute by concluding an amicable agreement on favorable terms for the client. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, the insurance company paid an additional 16 million rubles.
