Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm successfully represented an energy company as a plaintiff in the case concerning the recovery of the fine for failure to provide documents confirming the installation and use of GLONASS (GPS) navigation systems on vehicles provided for the provision of services. The Arbitrazh Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan satisfied the claims in the lawsuit, accepting our arguments about violations of terms of the contract. In the course of the trial, we filed a petition for falsification of the documents submitted by the defendant, as a result of which, the defendant withdrew the documents attached to the case file.
