Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of shareholders in the sale of a large block of shares in a Cypriot holding company to a Russian company, an operator of a sea cargo terminal under construction in the Far East. The work included, inter alia, the preparation of the purchase and sale agreement, the shareholders agreement subject to English law and the constituent documents of the Cyprus holding company, as well as the restructuring of the holding structure of the company. Partners Alexander Nadmitov and Sergey Lapin took part in the deal.
