Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of a minority shareholder of a coal terminal under construction in the Far East under the project of its deoffshorization. As a result of the restructuring, the holding company of the project, whose activities were previously regulated by English and Cypriot law, was transferred to Russian jurisdiction. Also, the company's shareholders' loans were restructured.
