1. Rosreestr and its territorial bodies, as well as the authorities of Crimea and Sevastopol, may keep records of ownerless things;
2. Real estate objects are registered, information about which is in the Unified State Register of Immovable Property and which do not have owners, or whose owners are unknown, or whose owners have renounced the right of ownership;
3. Authorized bodies and persons obliged to operate linear facilities may apply for registration of an ownerless facility;
4. Authorized bodies apply in the order of interdepartmental information interaction;
5. Persons operating linear facilities submit an application through the MFC, the Single Portal, the website of the rights registration authority or through other information technologies;
6. The decision is made no later than 15 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
