It is now possible to carry out the following actions in relation to real estate through the Russian service Gosuslugi:
· Register the ownership of real estate, if the data is already in the USRN (you can sign the application using the Gosklyuch application);
· Send missing information if a mistake is made or not all documents are provided when applying to the MFC or online;
· Impose a ban on any action with real estate without personal participation.
At the same time, an application for cadastral registration with simultaneous registration can be submitted so far only at the MFC.
