On June 26, 2023, by the Russian Government Decree No. 1034, a list of goods subject to import restrictions into Russia from October 1 to December 31, 2023, was established.
Among these goods, seeds of wheat, rye, corn, soybeans, and sugar beets are mentioned. The Government Decree specifically states that import restrictions do not apply to:
- goods imported from the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC);
- goods imported for transit to third countries;
- goods imported by individuals for personal use.
