Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of an energy company in the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region as an applicant in a lawsuit challenging a non-normative legal act of the regional department of Rosprirodnadzor - an order to eliminate violations of environmental legislation. Based on the results of the consideration of the case, the court of first instance satisfied the application in part, declaring a number of paragraphs of the prescription in which the violations were identified to be inconsistent with the current legislation, and also recognized the deadline set by Rosprirodnadzor for eliminating the comments as unenforceable. In addition, within the framework of the dispute under consideration, we declared interim measures, which were satisfied by the court of first instance, and the court of appeal left them unchanged.
