The law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of a foreign air service company - a bankruptcy creditor in a lawsuit in the Arbitrazh Court of the Moscow District, in the bankruptcy case of a large Russian airline.
The Arbitrazh Court of the Moscow District upheld the cassation appeal of our client and canceled the Ruling of the Arbitrazh Court of the City of Moscow and the Resolution of the Ninth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal approving the initial sale price of the debtor's property in the amount of over 70 million rubles - a large Russian airline. Thus, the court recognized that the procedure for establishing the initial sale price of the debtor's property established by law had been violated. Earlier, the Arbitrazh Courts of the First and Appellate Instances granted the liquidator's request and approved the initial selling price of the debtor's property. Thus, the firm succeeded in eliminating the violation of the client's rights in the bankruptcy case at the cassation instance.
