Starting from October 7, 2020, the moratorium on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against individual debtors operating in the most affected sectors of the Russian economy will be extended by 3 months.
The Government of the Russian Federation In Resolution N 1587 dated 01.10.2020, it was decided to extend the moratorium on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against organizations and individual entrepreneurs, the code of the main activity of which, in accordance with OKVED, is indicated in the list of sectors of the Russian economy most affected deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2020 N 434, including the hotel business, catering establishments, non-state educational institutions, the sphere of consumer services, non-food retail.
The Federal Tax Service of Russia will post on its official website on the Internet:
- a list of OKVED codes indicated in the list of affected sectors of the Russian economy (with the provision of its updating in accordance with the changes made to the list of affected sectors of the Russian economy);
- changes made to the list of affected sectors of the Russian economy - on the day the act entered into force, which amended the list of affected sectors of the Russian economy;
- the implementation by organizations and individual entrepreneurs of activities in the relevant type of economic activity is determined by the code of the main type of activity, information about which is contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or in the USRIP as of March 1, 2020.
