If the sole member - the sole manager of a LLC related to small and medium enterprises has been mobilised (and information about him/her has not changed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities from 21.09.2022 until the day of the call-up), such LLC can claim a loan holiday.
The grace period is calculated as the mobilisation period increased by 90 days.
The right to loan holidays implies suspension of the performance of obligations under loan agreements (credit agreements), accrual of penalties, demanding early repayment of loans or foreclosure of collateral or mortgages.
However, loan agreements (credit facility agreements) must be entered into prior to the day of mobilisation of the company's shareholder and loan holidays do not apply to agreements concluded through the placement of bonds.
