The Moscow Arbitration Court recognized that the plaintiff had proven the fact of unjust enrichment, the level of tariff voltage to be applied to the legal relationship in question, and rejected the arguments of the energy sales company that there was no basis for calculating the cost of consumed electrical energy using voltage levels different from those established by the contract.
