Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of the electric power company - the applicant in a lawsuit challenging the decision of the Department of Prices and Tariffs of one of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on bringing to administrative responsibility and imposing an administrative fine. The Moscow Arbitrazh Court satisfied the application of our client, declared it illegal and completely canceled the decision to bring our client to administrative responsibility and impose an administrative fine.
