Law Firm Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners successfully represented a large energy company - the defendant in the Twelfth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal. The plaintiff filed an appeal to the Twelfth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal against the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of the Astrakhan Region, in which he asked to cancel this decision and adopt a new judicial act to satisfy the claim in full. By the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of the Astrakhan Region, the plaintiff was denied the claim for a fine from the defendant in the amount of 20 percent of the fee established for the use of vehicles provided by the plaintiff to the defendant under the contract for the provision of services for the provision of vehicles with a crew.
By the decision of the Twelfth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal, the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of the Astrakhan Region was left unchanged, and the plaintiff's appeal was not satisfied. Thus, the Arbitrazh Courts of the First and Appellate Instances found the plaintiff's claims against our client unreasonable.
