Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of a large energy company - the defendant in a lawsuit on invalidation of the results of competitive purchases carried out by the defendant in the amount of over 40 million rubles. The Moscow Arbitrazh Court and the Ninth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal fully refused the plaintiff to satisfy the claim and admitted that the competitive procurement was carried out by the defendant in full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation. Thus, the plaintiff's claims were denied in full.
