Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of the creditor in the Tenth Arbitrazh Court of Appeal in the bankruptcy case of a large construction company in a separate dispute in connection with the statement of disagreements by the bankruptcy commissioner on the amount of the debt. The Court of Appeal left the ruling of the court of first instance unchanged, agreeing with the arguments of the law firm on documentary evidence of the amount of debt and that the bankruptcy administrator's application should be considered in the manner prescribed by Art. 60 of the Bankruptcy Law.
