The law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners successfully represented an Egyptian fruit and vegetable supplier in the Arbitration Court of the Tula Region in a case regarding recovery of debt for supplied goods from a Russian counterparty - a major wholesale company. In the course of the litigation, a counterclaim was filed for recovery of damages in connection with the delivery of goods. We analysed a large amount of shipping documents and correspondence, translated documents, prepared a claim, calculated a claim, prepared a statement of claim, made enquiries and obtained responses from the shipping company. As a result, the Court of Arbitration of Tula Region fully granted our client's claim and rejected the counterclaim.
