The law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners, together with the partner Finnish law firm Trust (Trust), represented the interests of OJSC Rusnano in the next round of equity financing for the Finnish portfolio company. The NIP team consisted of Alexander Nadmitov and associate partner Jan Lindberg.
Work on the transaction included drafting and commenting on the shareholder agreement and convertible loan agreement and advising on corporate governance issues.
