The Bank of Russia has issued an Instruction requiring banks to implement the Fast Payment System (FPS) not only in mobile applications, but also in online banks.
This requirement applies to banks with a universal license that do not have the technical ability to provide access to the FPS through mobile applications. In this case, they must implement this system in Internet banks.
From 1 April 2024, banks will also provide transfers through the FPS between legal entities.
