Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners successfully represented the interests of a Russian innovative company operating in the field of electronic payments in the framework of attracting financing from a number of investment funds and private investors by selling a stake in its holding company in their favor. The work included, inter alia, an analysis of a subscription agreement, an English-law shareholder agreement and the founding documents of the Cyprus holding company. Partners Alexander Nadmitov and Sergey Lapin took part in the deal.
