Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners acted as a partner of the first interuniversity competition in international commercial arbitration "ICAC 2019. Arbitration of internal disputes", which took place on October 24-25 in Irkutsk at the sites of the Institute of Law of Irkutsk State University and the Scientific Library. The competition was organized by the ISU Law Institute with the assistance of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Irkutsk branch of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The competition was supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Moscow.
The competition was attended by eight student teams from leading law schools in. Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Vladivostok, Nizhnevartovsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk.
As a result of a tense struggle, representatives of the law schools of Irkutsk - the teams of the ISU Law Institute and the Irkutsk Institute (branch) of the All-Russian State University of Justice (RPA of the Ministry of Justice of Russia) - passed to the final of the ICAC-2019. The team of the Institute of Law of the ISU won the final.
