Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners represented the interests of the Israeli company Rivulis Irrigation Ltd in the establishment of a joint venture with the Polyplastic Group on Russian law issues.
Our services included the preparation and approval of the terms of the corporate agreement of the participants of the Russian company under English law, the charter of the company and other agreements necessary for the full functioning of the joint venture.
Rivulis is one of the world leaders in the development of drip irrigation solutions, and the POLYPLASTIC Group is the largest manufacturer of polymer composite materials and pipeline systems in the post-Soviet space for housing and communal infrastructure networks, industrial enterprises and agriculture. JV POLYPLASTIC Rivulis Irrigation Pipeline Systems will start production of drip tape and tubing this spring in the city of Volzhsky, near Volgograd, in the largest agricultural region of Russia. The joint venture will promote and sell products of the Rivulis and Eurodrip brands, components, including pipes and fittings of the POLYPLASTIC Group, as well as offer installation and maintenance services for drip irrigation systems. The joint venture is expected to bring the latest drip irrigation solutions to Russia that will increase agricultural productivity and efficiency.
