On Tuesday, January 21, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) released the Court Disclosure System (PACER) response to Telegram's earlier motion for expedited proceedings. It follows from it that the regulator does not agree with Telegram about the actual circumstances of the case. This means that, most likely, the expedited legal proceedings will not take place and the process will proceed as usual, said Alexander Nadmitov, managing partner of the law firm Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners.
