Companies are faced with the fact that the courts stopped accepting claims for consideration without identifiers, says Mikhail Stepkin. He has no doubts that a clear mechanism for obtaining personal data about the defendant-individual is needed, or at least an explanation of the Supreme Court. Now this hinders the exercise of the right to judicial protection.
