The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has established the minimum amount of voluntary contributions to the federal budget for the sale of assets by foreign persons from unfriendly countries and the consideration by the Government Commission of the relevant applications for issuing permission for transactions:
- Not less than 15% of half of the amount in the report on the assessment of the market value of assets;
- At least 15% of the amount in the report on the assessment of the market value of assets - when selling assets with a discount of more than 90% of the market value of the assets indicated in the report.
