On the Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners channel, a video interview has been published with Bulat Tugutov, a partner of the firm and the head of the administrative and criminal law practice in the economic sphere, as well as the practice of protecting the interests of participants in enforcement proceedings.
Bulat has more than fifteen years of practical experience, including leadership positions in the prosecutor’s office and the Federal Bailiff Service, as well as investigative and inquiry bodies. He holds a Ph.D. in Law, the academic title of Associate Professor, and the class rank of Justice Counselor 3rd class. He is also actively involved in teaching at the Russian State University of Justice.
He is the author of over 70 scientific works in the fields of criminal procedure, criminal law, prosecutorial supervision, and enforcement proceedings. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Jurisprudence (with distinction), Ph.D. in Law, 2014, from the Department of Criminal Procedure, Justice, and Prosecutorial Supervision, Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
