The mandatory sale of foreign exchange earnings from the export of services and works has been cancelled. When exporting services and works within the framework of intergovernmental agreements, exporters received the right not to sell foreign currency and transfer it to the accounts of service and work providers in Russian and foreign banks. For importers, until the end of 2026, the obligation to ensure the payment of customs duties and taxes in respect of goods imported into Russia in containers and transported through the territory of Russia as part of customs transit has been canceled. This exemption applies when importing through 11 Far Eastern sea checkpoints and subsequent transportation by road, and then by rail. The procedure for participation in foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations has been specified. Individuals and legal entities may participate in the activities of a foreign non-profit non-governmental organization on the territory of Russia from the date of registration of a structural subdivision - a branch of such an organization or from the date of entry in the register of information about a branch or representative office of the relevant organization. Alimony for their own maintenance will be able to receive not only wives, but also husbands. Alimony for own maintenance within 3 years from the date of birth of the child can be demanded not only by the wife or ex-wife, but also by husbands and ex-husbands who are raising the child. The rates of import duties on wines from unfriendly countries have been increased. Until the end of 2023, there are increased rates of duties on the import into Russia of a number of goods from unfriendly countries, including wine, glycerin, and plywood. Until the end of 2023, it is prohibited to import into Russia from the USA, the EU, Canada, Australia, Norway, Ukraine, Albania, Montenegro, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the UK prepared or canned fish, crustaceans, mollusks and other aquatic invertebrates, as well as sturgeon caviar and its substitutes.
