The Firm’s practice in the field of antitrust provides the following services:

preparation of applications necessary to obtaining the consent of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in relation to the conclusion of transactions for the sale of shares, rights and assets, as well as during the creation and reorganization of commercial organizations;

representation in cases of violation of antitrust laws, including issues related to cartels, abuse of dominance, and agreements restricting competition;

representation of interests in procurement cases of state-owned companies and the contract system in the field of public procurement;

advice on foreign investment in Russian strategic enterprises.
We are also actively involved in legislative activities, in particular, employees of the company actively participated in the development of the 5th Antimonopoly Package to regulate the digital economy.
Alexander Nadmitov is also an expert at the BRICS Antimonopoly Center of the HSE-Skolkovo Institute for Law and Development, whose work is aimed at improving competition policy and enforcement in the field of competition law in the BRICS sphere, as well as involvement in coordinating the activities of antitrust agencies and research communities of the BRICS countries.
